Bookings & cancellations
The booking for the IsThereHop? workshop is binding. If you cancel your booking two weeks or more before the start of the workshop (deadline: 4.4.25, 00:00), we will charge 100% of the workshop costs. The same applies to individual bookings for parties or the Party Pass.
If you wish to resell your booking, we advise you to process the resale through us to prevent fraud. Please contact us via help@istherehop.ch.
Payment
Payment is always processed via our booking tool IsThereHopOFFICE. In the event of booking problems and in exceptional cases, a manual booking of the participating person can be made by our administration. Please contact us via help@istherehop.ch on. As soon as the amount owed for the workshop or party has been credited to our account, we will book you in manually. Please note that in this case you have no guarantee of a place until we have received your payment.
Illness & accident
The workshop costs will be reimbursed in the event of illness or accident upon presentation or submission of a medical certificate to help@istherehop.ch or, if incurred during the workshop, partially refunded.
Absences
Absences are the responsibility of the participants and have no influence on the workshop costs. We thank you for informing us of your voluntary absences. We will try to organise replacement leaders or followers accordingly.
Discounts
Students have a discount on workshops and parties with a valid student card (=Legi). A valid student ID card is a legitimation card from a university or university of applied sciences recognised in Switzerland (e.g. Zurich University of the Arts, University of Zurich, ETH Zurich, Zurich University of Applied Sciences, etc.), as well as international student ID cards.
Let us verify your Legi by adding it to your profile in the IsThereHopOFFICE and wait for our confirmation (usually a few hours).
Alternatively or in combination, you can also apply as a helper and thus receive a reduction of 50%.
Exclusion from workshop or party
We reserve the right to immediately exclude you from the workshop or a party if you violate the Code of conduct you disrupt the workshop or a party in any other way or you make yourself liable to prosecution. Refunds are excluded in this case.
Place of jurisdiction & applicable law
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
